New Resources for Community Councils

New resources have been published for Community Councils including an updated Model Scheme of Establishment and Good Practice Guidance.
These resources are designed to help Community Councils operate more effectively and to provide them with the knowledge they need to support their local community.
All the documents are available in a variety of formats to ensure that everyone with an interest in joining their Community Council can access the necessary information.
The process to develop these documents has involved community councillors, community council liaison offers (CCLOs), the Improvement Service, SCDC and the Scottish Government with support from COSLA.
